Job Summary
SDR role focused on generating and qualifying pipeline for Observe.AI’s AI-powered CX platform. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn; securing and qualifying meetings by uncovering business challenges; researching target accounts and prioritizing outreach; meeting and exceeding pipeline-generation metrics; supporting field marketing efforts at events; developing product-market understanding and articulating value to technical and business stakeholders; leveraging Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and other tools; collaborating with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs; and traveling about 20–30% for customer meetings and events. Qualities include being self-starter, persistent, organized, and capable of high-volume outreach, with strong written/verbal communication and comfort with AI/productivity tools.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (startup/high-growth environments preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, IT, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform outbound prospecting using channels like cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Experience with sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to travel approximately 20–30% for meetings and events
- Ability to research target accounts and align outreach with ICP
- Comfort with AI technology and enabling tools (e.g., productivity tools)
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with Marketing and GTM teams
- Motivated by metrics, goals, and career growth
- Ability to qualify opportunities and set meetings for Account Executives
