Job Summary
Outbound Sales Development Representative responsible for engaging and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new sales prospects, and booking appointments for Account Executives. Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions, assess customer needs, and determine fit for the global HR platform. Responsibilities include creating target prospect lists, penetrating key accounts, cold calling, researching business requirements, presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle, and providing support to the Account Executive team throughout the process. Must be fluent in English with multilingual capability (Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa a plus) and possess strong communication, strategic thinking, and proactive, self-motivated work ethic in an asynchronous, fully remote global environment.
