Job Summary
Outbound Sales Development Representative: respond, engage, and qualify outbound leads; source new prospects and book appointments for Account Executives; clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and learn customer needs; provide support to the Account Executive team; educate prospects leading to hand-off to sales; create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts; perform cold calls into prospects from various sources; identify key players, research requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle; reports to Senior Manager, Outbound Sales Development; team: Sales; Location: APAC; start date ASAP; remote-friendly compensation philosophy and benefits across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven business development success
- Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company
- Ability to negotiate and promote ideas persuasively
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Korean
- Self-starter with proactive work ethic
- Ability to identify key players and book appointments for Account Executives
- Willingness to work in an all-remote, async environment
