Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for proactive prospecting of SMB accounts by phone, email, and social selling; identify and qualify training needs; present professional training offers; book qualified meetings and, when relevant, close deals; maintain CRM records; and meet/exceed activity and revenue targets. Requires ability to manage priorities independently, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English & French. Opportunity includes a performance-based variable component, ongoing training, and clear path to account-management roles. Based in Rueil-Malmaison, France (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in prospecting or sales (a plus)
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Dynamic, autonomous, organized
- Comfortable with digital tools and phone-based outreach
