Job Summary
The Sales Development Representative (Setter) is expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic with responsibilities including managing a pipeline, making over 200 dials per day, and effectively following a proven sales process. Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in an SDR or BDR role, exceptional phone skills, and excellent communication abilities. Daily training, performance-based career growth, and uncapped commissions are part of the offer, with a base salary of $65,000 and potential OTE between $75,000 and $85,000.
Required Qualifications
- 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills
