Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying prospective customers in fintech/payments. The role involves outbound and inbound lead qualification, scheduling meetings for Account Executives, maintaining accurate records in HubSpot, researching target companies and decision-makers within fintech/payments, building outbound cadences, and collaborating with marketing and sales to improve outreach effectiveness. Requires staying informed on industry trends and fintech terminology, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and prospect engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
