Job Summary
Hunt, qualify, and pass high-value opportunities to the GTM team by driving inbound and outbound pipeline across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments. Develop key campaigns, identify new approaches, and build multi-channel sequences to maximize conversion while applying consistent qualification frameworks. Execute account mapping and multi-threading strategies to open enterprise accounts, partnering with marketing on cohort campaigns and ICP targeting. Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads and the driving force behind outbound prospecting across all accounts, owning the journey from cold outreach to booked meetings via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an SDR or outbound sales role
- A history of successfully building and managing both inbound and outbound sales pipelines across U.S. enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments
- Strong understanding of U.S. buyer behavior and sales cycles
- Comfortable with high agency and is naturally self-directed
- Track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience selling into multiple verticals and company sizes
- Comfortable with CRM tools, sequencing platforms, and sales data
- Comfortable with fast moving environments and a strong ability to adapt
- Experience with qualification frameworks (MEDDIC, BANT, or similar)
- Experience holding conversations with VPs or C-suite execs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or AI-adjacent products
- Sold into VP or C-suite buyers
- Built or iterated on outbound sequences yourself / worked as a solo contributor
- Presidents Club achiever
- Comfortable analysing your own performance data and making changes
