Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Sama, you will own the top of the funnel by generating and qualifying new business opportunities within HR/Talent/Learning & Development leaders. Responsibilities include leveraging Sama’s AI tool to tailor outreach, building outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn, engaging prospects to uncover business challenges, maintaining CRM activity, collaborating on outreach strategies, and consistently meeting pipeline targets. The role requires 1.5+ years in an outbound sales role, experience selling to or prospecting US/Canada/UK markets, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving KPIs. Offer includes base salary in the €25,000-35,000 range plus uncapped commission and growth opportunities.
