Job Summary
SDR positioned to be the first point of contact for HR and recruiting prospects, conducting outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and maintain CRM records. Requires 1+ year in a sales/recruiting/customer-facing role, strong communication, self-motivation, and interest in AI-powered hiring solutions; familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce/Outreach is helpful. Remote, 100% US-wide availability, Atlanta-based location option with remote work. Startup environment emphasizes rapid, collaborative, high-activity sales and pipeline development.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in a sales, recruiting, or customer-facing role (SaaS or HR tech experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is comfortable with high activity and experimentation
- Passion for improving hiring and recruiting through innovative solutions
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Outreach is helpful
