Job Summary
Mid-level Sales Development Representative for a fully remote offshore role supporting a fast-growing digital-first event production and creative media agency. You will proactively source and mine leads, perform high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling and cold emailing to secure qualified meetings, manage prospecting activity and pipeline stages in HubSpot, conduct LinkedIn outreach to engage key stakeholders in the event and marketing space, collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of qualified opportunities, and consistently meet KPIs related to qualified call bookings and lead generation. This role emphasizes autonomous work in a remote setting with GMT hours and potential transition to a permanent full-time position, contributing to a scaling business in the hybrid, virtual, and live event solutions space.
Required Qualifications
- 2โ3 years of proven experience in a Sales Development or Lead Generation role
- Proficiency in HubSpot (CRMs) for pipeline management
- Mastery of cold calling and cold emailing techniques
- Strong experience in lead sourcing and data mining
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
- Available to work GMT hours (09:00-17:00 or 08:00-16:00)
