Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (SDR) for India responsible for generating pipeline and setting up high-quality meetings for the Country Manager - Sales. Tasks include prospecting ICPs via email/LinkedIn/calls/events, qualifying leads with BANT, booking discovery calls and demos, engaging inbound leads, and leveraging AI/automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha) to maintain data hygiene and hit KPIs. The role includes structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a clear career path toward Senior SDR or Account Executive. Fluency in English required; 1-3 years of B2B SaaS SDR experience; familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce; strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to meet targets and generate opportunities for the India market. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a B2B SaaS software company
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong pitching, convincing and closing skills
- Hands-on experience with BANT, MEDDPICC
- Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to generate pipeline and set up high-quality meetings
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Lusha
