Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Globalli will drive pipeline through outbound prospecting across global HR tech spaces, qualifying inbound/outbound leads, scheduling discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives, maintaining CRM accuracy, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, HR Operations, and Leadership to support go-to-market efforts. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in SaaS/HR tech outbound prospecting, strong communication, CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce), multichannel outreach experience, and comfort working in a fast-paced, globally distributed startup environment. The role emphasizes identifying prospects across global markets, executing email/LinkedIn/phone campaigns, building a qualified pipeline, and contributing to monthly/quarterly pipeline goals. The position requires familiarity with global payroll, EOR, HCM, or HR technology ecosystems and the ability to operate across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting within SaaS, HR technology, HCM, payroll, EOR, workforce management, fintech, or related industries
- Experience selling or prospecting into HR, Payroll, Finance, or Operations stakeholders is strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement and automation tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a global startup or high-growth technology company
