Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (SDR) needed to drive Clara’s growth in Brazil. You will prospect and qualify high-value outbound leads, conduct high-impact outreach via email, phone, and Slack to engage CFOs and finance leaders, map pains to Clara’s value proposition, and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives. You’ll analyze pipeline data with Metabase and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine target personas and improve conversion rates. Role requires bilingual (Portuguese + English) with strong communication, adaptability, and experience with pipeline tools (e.g., Hubspot, Amplemarket) and Google Drive. Must be able to be on-site in São Paulo 2 days per week and thrive in a fast-paced, product-led fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development, preferably within B2B SaaS or Fintech
- Working proficiency in English and fluent/native Portuguese
- Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows (such as N8N or similar platforms to scale outreach)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport with corporate decision-makers
- High adaptability to fast-changing environments and a strong drive to exceed performance metrics
- Proficient handling of pipeline management tools and documentation in Google Drive
- Availability to be physically present 2 times a week at the São Paulo office, located in Itaim Bibi
