Job Summary
Sales Development Representative for accounting and financial services, with remote EST hours. Own end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, outbound outreach, discovery calls, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal discussions, and closing smaller deals. Collaborate with service delivery and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions post-sale. Requires experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services to SMBs, ability to run discovery calls independently, build trust quickly, balance outbound with inbound lead handling, and maintain CRM records. Tools and platforms include HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Digits. The role emphasizes pipeline generation, opportunity management, and revenue contribution through a structured outbound sales process, with opportunities to advance into Account Executive or sales leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales in accounting, bookkeeping, financial services, or closely related industries
- Experience managing full sales cycles (prospecting, qualification, demos, closing)
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfort selling to U.S.-based SMB clients
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building ability
