Job Summary
Planful is hiring a Sales Development Representative to execute outbound activities, discuss prospects to identify and qualify opportunities, and partner with Account Executives to strategize outreach. The role is remote out of the Scottsdale, AZ area, with responsibilities including conducting discussions with prospects over the phone, understanding finance users’ pain points, gathering requirements, and maintaining accurate information in Salesforce.com. Ideal candidates have 6-18 months in top-of-funnel sales in SaaS or related fields, a Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting degree a plus), excellent written and verbal communication, a hunter mentality, and the ability to work remotely. Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach is a plus and prior success in meeting quotas is valued.
