Job Summary
Senior SDR / SDR in Singapore responsible for identifying and engaging organisations for Airwallex's Spend Management solution. Develop highly personalised outbound campaigns, map target accounts, identify stakeholders across Finance and Leadership, and generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives. Collaborate with Outbound, Marketing, Product Sales, and Revenue Strategy & Operations; manage day-to-day tasks using Salesforce and data platforms; analyse metrics to drive improvements; build and nurture a strong pipeline from the scaled SME segment through value selling. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1–3 years of outbound sales, with strong CRM/analytics tooling experience and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1–3 years of outbound sales, business development, or commercial operational roles
- Strong analytical skills with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker)
- Ability to map complex organizational hierarchies to identify financial decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers)
- English communication skills; additional regional languages a plus
- Experience in fast-paced environments; startup/scale-up experience
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
