Job Summary
Sales Development Representative at Sauce Labs responsible for proactively driving demand and net-new pipeline for AI Continuous Testing solutions. Own the top-of-funnel, conduct multi-channel outbound outreach (cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn), research targeted Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, engage Senior Executives and technical leaders, schedule Mutual Discovery calls for Account Executives, articulate the value of Continuous Testing, maintain flawless data hygiene in Salesforce, and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas. Hybrid work model with in-office Tuesday through Thursday near San Francisco, with remote options on other days. Knowledge of Salesforce.com and sales-engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo) is preferred; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Outbound Experience: 6–12 months of dedicated prospecting experience
- Hunter Mentality: self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
- Exceptional Communication: strong written and verbal communication
- Technical Aptitude: quickly learn DevOps/Software Testing landscape and translate into business value
- Process-Driven: strong time management and organizational skills
- Tech Stack Savvy: experience with Salesforce.com; familiarity with Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo is highly preferred
- Education: Bachelor's degree a plus, but not essential
