Job Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) identifies, engages, and qualifies prospective clients in Portugal, generating new business opportunities and building a high-quality sales pipeline for Ryan's Innovation Funding solutions. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events, and targeted campaigns; researching industries and stakeholders; scheduling meetings and coordinating with the Innovation Funding sales team; maintaining regular follow-up with prospects; and accurately managing CRM data and pipeline progression. Market intelligence on R&D tax incentives, grants, and advisory solutions, plus staying informed on industry trends, are expected. Strong communication, relationship-building, self-motivation, and time-management skills are essential, with fluency in Portuguese and English. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and 1–3 years of sales development or related experience is advantageous. The role emphasizes consultative B2B sales in a fast-growing advisory environment, with collaboration across sales and delivery teams and opportunities to develop within Ryan's internship and broader professional-services ecosystem.
