Job Summary

Prospecting and pipeline generation across email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified meetings for Rubrik's field sales teams; leveraging customer success stories and case studies in outreach; following up on inbound leads within SLA; managing pipeline, leads, and activity data in Salesforce with discipline; collaborating with the aligned field sales team to develop account strategies; staying current on cybersecurity trends and Rubrik’s products; participating in ongoing coaching and training to accelerate sales skills; requires ability to work from the Austin office at least 4 days a week and U.S. work authorization.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role (internships and non-traditional backgrounds welcome)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest and aptitude for learning technical concepts quickly
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with clear daily and weekly targets
  • A genuine desire to build a career in sales and business development
  • Ability to work out of Rubrik's Austin office a minimum of 4 days a week
  • Work-authorization: U.S. citizenship and residency on U.S. soil required
