Job Summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for their Revenue Operations team to identify, qualify, and engage leads, driving sales pipeline growth. Requires 2-3 years of B2B sales experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of proven B2B experience within sales or business development
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead targets
  • Technology proficiency, specifically in Salesforce
