Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Quadient, you will drive pipeline growth for AR solutions by performing outbound and inbound prospecting into upper mid-market accounts, qualifying opportunities by understanding pain points, urgency, budget, and buying processes, booking discovery calls and demos with decision makers, and maintaining accurate CRM records. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies, support Account Executives with high-quality, sales-ready opportunities, and participate in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work. The role emphasizes building foundational sales and business skills, proactive communication, curiosity, coachability, and comfort with ambiguity while contributing to a fast-paced technology sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in sales development or related client-facing roles
- experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts preferred
- experience using sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, 6sense) preferred, but not required
- comfortable with ambiguity
- tech-savvy with strong written and verbal communication skills
- hybrid work model with office and remote setup
- compensation up to CAD 60,800 with OTE up to CAD 75,000
