Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for engaging high-intent inbound inquiries to educate, qualify, and convert conversations into qualified Strategy Consultations for our Property Strategy team. You’ll work in a high-energy, high-performance sales environment, supported by coaches and AI-powered tools, and focus on converting inbound interest rather than cold calling. You will build rapport, understand client goals, qualify prospects for the property investment journey, and collaborate with Team Leaders and Strategy Consultants to maximise outcomes. The role emphasizes activity, consistency, and CRM discipline, with the opportunity to advance through structured training and career pathways. Hybrid work is available (3 days in the office) at our Caulfield North, Victoria location.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-volume phone-based sales, telesales, or inbound sales
- Track record of consistently achieving KPIs and targets
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Confidence handling objections and guiding conversations
- High energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset
