Job Summary
Sales Development Representative role for outbound lead generation targeting technical buyers within a fully remote EMEA team. You will set meetings via outbound campaigns, partner with Account Executives to align on territory and prioritize accounts, build and optimize multi-channel outbound motion using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo, own the end-to-end outbound process from account research to booking qualified demos, and travel may be required. The role emphasizes SaaS/B2B/cloud familiarity, proven outbound results, strong written and verbal English communication, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, preferably with a background in selling to technical buyers such as engineers, developers, DevOps, and data teams
- Proven experience selling SaaS B2B / cloud products or services
- Proven history of achieving and reaching for results in an outbound lead generation environment
- Experience managing multiple priorities and juggling various tools or campaigns in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset with the "grit" to work through challenges and multiply sales speed
- Ability to exercise a high degree of autonomy and sales authority while remaining highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
