Job Summary
Drive outbound prospecting for Workyard’s construction SaaS, qualifying leads for the Account Executive team. You’ll engage mainly outbound leads across channels, manage a high-volume pipeline in Salesforce, and schedule demos for AEs. Use Outreach and Dialpad to execute multi-channel outreach, hit quota for qualified meetings, and collaborate with AEs and sales leadership to improve lead quality. Ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, is curious, customer-focused, coachable, organized, and resilient, and is eager to grow a long-term sales career in SaaS.
