Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (Outbound Sales + Marketing) at ProviderSoft drives growth through high-volume outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and securing meetings with potential clients for a SaaS ERP solution tailored to Early Childhood Education. Responsibilities include 60-70 outbound calls per day to agency administrators, program directors, and decision-makers; qualifying leads via consultative conversations; scheduling product demonstrations; building and maintaining a robust pipeline; collaborating with Sales and Marketing to optimize campaigns; conducting market research and leveraging VoC to inform campaigns; maintaining CRM records; and contributing to script refinement and marketing content. Desired skills include outbound sales experience, excellent written/verbal communication, CRM proficiency, organization, self-direction, and a genuine interest in health and human services, especially Early Intervention/Early Childhood/Special Education programs.
