Sales Development Representative - Outbound Leads

Job Summary
Outbound prospecting across mid-market and Fortune 1000 accounts to build a high-velocity pipeline for the Money Movement product line; conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs, articulate value propositions, and ensure seamless opportunity handoff to sales; develop and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms; leverage AI-enabled outreach tools and platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Breeze Intelligence) to improve prioritization and data accuracy; collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align outbound efforts with the company’s enterprise growth strategy; maintain expertise in lead-to-opportunity processes, support inbound qualification, and contribute to reporting and continuous process improvement; required attendance in the Cape Town office for US working hours.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of outbound business development experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of generating high-quality outbound pipeline
- Experience with SDR teams
- Polished communicator with senior decision-makers
- Proficiency with outreach and sales intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
