Job Summary
Sales Development Representative for OFX’s Wealth Advisor Partnerships in Australia. You will proactively identify and engage financial advice firms, conduct structured outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify firms based on FX relevance, and book and confirm meetings for the BDM. You’ll independently onboard Tier 3 firms when appropriate and maintain Salesforce records, tracking performance and continuously improving outreach effectiveness. The role emphasizes consultative conversations with advisers, building high-quality partnerships that convert into active referral relationships, and growing into greater ownership of early-stage adviser engagement over time. A hybrid work model is offered in Sydney, Australia, with a focus on collaboration, growth, and long-term relationship building with senior professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing and/or sales roles
- Outbound outreach experience via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Ability to qualify firms based on client base and FX relevance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and coachable with growth mindset
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain forecasting and records
- Ability to book and confirm qualified meetings and onboard Tier 3 firms
