Job Summary
Entry-level Sales Development Representative (Off Premise) at Breakthru Beverage Arizona focused on growing beverage brands across AZ retail accounts (grocery, convenience, drug stores) through in-store selling, product placement, and promotional execution. Responsibilities include routing on accounts, delivering professional sales presentations, maintaining inventory and shelf visibility, collecting payments where permissible, educating store staff, servicing accounts in person, analyzing account data, and collaborating with account managers and supplier partners to drive distribution and sales performance in a fast-paced field environment. Requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, a self-driven approach to territory management, and the ability to execute merchandising and promotional plans to maximize brand presence in the Arizona market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
- Valid driver’s license
