Job Summary
Drive admissions growth by conducting high-volume outreach to providers, community partners, and potential referrers in California, Washington, and Virginia. Complete 500 weekly phone calls, 100 emails, and 20 virtual meetings to generate qualified leads and convert interest into scheduled assessments. Establish long-term relationships with healthcare providers through consistent follow-up, needs analysis, and educational presentations on clinical outcomes and the Virtual IOP program. Document every interaction in Salesforce and manage drip campaigns using ZoomInfo to maintain a minimum 1% response rate. Achieve admissions ramp goals by Month 3 and collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Regional Directors to coordinate outreach and resolve workflow barriers.
Required Qualifications
- Active book of business required
- Minimum of 1 year in a virtual sales or outreach role preferred
- Proven ability to manage and cultivate relationships effectively
- Demonstrated sales skill, prospecting discipline, follow-up consistency, and objection-handling ability
- High comfort level with virtual communication tools, including video calls, phone systems, email, and messaging
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and other relevant software applications
- Ability to complete accurate and efficient electronic data entry
- Consistent punctuality and excellent attendance
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently to complete responsibilities
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work
