Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for PayTrace's Account Executive team. Tasks include outbound cold calling, prospecting lists, scheduling appointments, managing leads through CRM, generating new business pipeline via phone, email, and social channels, and contributing to strategy with Sales and Marketing. Requires high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in SaaS/lead generation, proven ability to create and manage prospect lists, experience in cold calling, familiarity with CRM tools, ability to communicate persuasively, stay organized, meet quotas, and travel up to 10%. Role emphasizes commissions tied to KPI achievement and collaboration across teams; remote work available in the US.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience for SaaS company
- Minimum 2 years experience in cold calling and generating new leads
- Proven record of success with developing prospecting lists and meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in the Payment Industry, SaaS, or B2B experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills in person, via phone or online or via email with customers and prospects
- Highly organized with multitasking and time management
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas
- Travel Requirements: Under 10%
