Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for conducting cold outreach through phone calls, emails, and meetings to initiate contact with potential clients. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team on lead generation strategies, building target prospect lists, and educating healthcare professionals about Nitra's offerings. The role requires 1+ years of sales experience, proficiency in cold calling, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling potential clients/customers to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage in cold calling activities and drive lead conversion and sales growth.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn about the industry.
