Job Summary
Sales Development Representative for New Markets (Resi) responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying potential customers across multiple verticals. The role requires generating new opportunities, making 65+ outbound calls daily, and scheduling 1–2 appointments per day with Account Executives, while using Salesforce and Outreach to manage the pipeline. The candidate should connect customer challenges to Resi’s SaaS solutions, maintain strong verbal and written communication, and collaborate with a team to meet quota targets. Hybrid work model (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX, or remote across listed states; base pay plus an on-target earnings component, with compensation ranges and benefits outlined. Familiarity with ABM go-to-market strategies and social selling is helpful.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent with BS/BA preferred
- 1+ years inside sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with Salesforce and Outreach (preferred)
- Proficiency with Mac OSX and Google Platforms
- Ability to make outbound calls and schedule appointments
