Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, SDR, or inside sales roles
  • Comfortable making cold calls – you do not take “no” personally
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, confident phone presence
  • Organized and detail-oriented with solid follow-through habits
  • Familiar with CRM tools and basic call tracking/reporting
  • Background or interest in IT, tech services, or B2B sales is a plus
  • Self-starter who tracks their own activity and owns their results
