Job Summary
SDR responsible for outbound cold calls to business decision-makers in IT, cybersecurity, and compliance services; qualify prospects, and hand off warm, confirmed appointments to the sales team. Maintain accurate call records and CRM, re-engage warm leads, and hit weekly/monthly appointment targets. Locations include Las Vegas metro and select markets in Tennessee; role focuses on generating qualified appointments for the closer and enabling effective B2B tech sales.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, SDR, or inside sales roles
- Comfortable making cold calls – you do not take “no” personally
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, confident phone presence
- Organized and detail-oriented with solid follow-through habits
- Familiar with CRM tools and basic call tracking/reporting
- Background or interest in IT, tech services, or B2B sales is a plus
- Self-starter who tracks their own activity and owns their results
