Job Summary
Role: Sales Development Representative atJunior. You will help drive the next stage of growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with high-value accounts across private equity and investment services, and generating qualified meetings and pipeline. Youโll work directly with founders, Account Executives, and GTM leadership on targeted outbound, account research, and pipeline creation, with a focus on learning to break into high-value accounts and becoming an exceptional enterprise seller. Youโll research high priority accounts, develop personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn, create account maps, monitor market activity, maintain CRM hygiene, support events and GTM experiments, and contribute to repeatable outbound playbooks. Success looks like ramping on product and market, consistently generating meetings, building meaningful pipeline, running sophisticated outbound campaigns, and progressing toward an Account Executive role. Desired traits include strong written/verbal communication, organizational skills, curiosity, coachability, and a competitive drive. Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, consulting, banking, customer-facing, or high-performance environments
