Job Summary
Sales Development Representative for DoorDash SevenRooms In-Store: Own the early sales process by prospecting hospitality operators, identifying decision-makers, qualifying interest, and securing meetings for field sales partners across the assigned region. High-volume outbound and targeted outreach, close collaboration with outside sales, and maintaining clean pipelines in Salesforce. Role includes both in-office and remote work with travel for trainings, offsites, and in-person collaboration. Build expertise in SevenRooms, hospitality operations, and consultative selling while developing speaking points, discovery techniques, and qualification skills. Requirements include 1+ year in sales or a customer-facing role, strong communication, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, targets-driven environment, familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace, and an interest in hospitality or technology-enabled services.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- high-volume outbound or cold calling experience is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with daily activity targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and productivity tools such as Google Workspace
- A proactive, coachable mindset with a desire to learn, adapt, and grow within a sales organization
- Interest in hospitality, restaurants, or technology-enabled services
