Job Summary
Entry-level Sales Development program at Hard Rock Stadium to grow a career in sports-ticket sales. Sell a full menu of ticket products across three properties (Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, and Miami Open), including full and partial season tickets, group tickets, luxury and hospitality packages. Conduct 100+ sales calls per day, achieve hustle metrics (calls, talk time, appointments), work at assigned sales tables for home games and events, and provide world-class customer service to prospects and clients. Strong teamwork, a competitive drive, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Opportunities for promotion to Account Executive within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
