Job Summary
Conduct high-volume outreach to providers, community partners, and potential referrers to generate qualified leads and convert interest into scheduled assessments. Execute 500 weekly phone calls, 100 outbound emails, and 20 virtual meetings using ZoomInfo drip campaigns to achieve a minimum 1% response rate. Schedule virtual introductory meetings, conduct needs analysis to evaluate referral relationships, and educate referrers about OCD Anxiety Centers' Virtual IOP program, clinical outcomes, and insurance acceptance. Document every interaction in Salesforce, including calls, texts, emails, and follow-up tasks, while managing high-yield referral sources within assigned California, Washington, and Virginia territories. Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Regional Directors to coordinate outreach and admissions activity, fostering strong relationships to drive patient referrals and meet census goals.
Required Qualifications
- Active book of business required
- Minimum of 1 year in a virtual sales or outreach role preferred
- Proven ability to manage and cultivate relationships effectively
- Demonstrated sales skill, prospecting discipline, follow-up consistency, and objection-handling ability
- High comfort level with virtual communication tools, including video calls, phone systems, email, and messaging
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and other relevant software applications
- Ability to complete accurate and efficient electronic data entry
- Consistent punctuality and excellent attendance
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently to complete responsibilities
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work
