Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Logan, Utah for iWorQ. Full-time in-office role with base pay of $16-$18/hour plus commissions and performance bonuses. Training provided, with a clear path to advancement to Account Executive. Responsibilities include outbound outreach, scheduling demos, CRM maintenance, and converting leads. Benefits available; in-office schedule Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week (part-time option available with a minimum of 25 hours).
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to engage new clients proactively via email and phone
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High sense of urgency with the flexibility to adapt in any conversation
Desired Qualifications
- CRM experience (Pipedrive) is a plus
- Outbound calling experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated with willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
