Job Summary

Strategic, research-driven SDR role focusing on deep account research, stakeholder mapping, and personalized multi-channel outreach to high-value SaaS prospects. You’ll identify opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, and lay the groundwork for long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, tracking key metrics (response rate, meetings with senior stakeholders, conversion to qualified opportunities), collaborating with marketing on ABM campaigns, crafting personalized outreach via email/LinkedIn/calls, maintaining disciplined CRM notes, supporting events (2-4 per year), and building scalable processes for client portfolio growth. Requires 3-5+ years in B2B SDR/lead gen/business development, strong research and outbound capabilities, and excellent English communication.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in B2B SDR / Lead Generation / Business Development roles
  • SaaS or tech experience with demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Strong research skills – ability to digest industry reports, company data and requirements
  • Proven success with personalized outreach
  • Strong written, spoken English and verbal communication, ability to craft messages, get attention, articulate value proposition
  • Self-motivated, resilient (able to handle rejection), results-driven, high energy and persistence, proactive mindset, strong ownership
