Job Summary
Research prospects, make outbound calls and emails, and send emails to identify and connect with potential customers. Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, engage with prospects to understand their needs, and determine whether Ironwall's solutions are a fit. Schedule qualified meetings and product presentations for Account Executives, maintain accurate prospect information in Salesforce CRM, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead conversion. Execute outbound outreach to decision-makers, consistently build pipeline, and work toward individual and team sales development goals. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and role-playing to strengthen your skills. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak professionally with prospects by phone and email
- A proactive, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to pick up the phone and make things happen
- Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities
- Interest in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, online privacy, or digital security
- Ability to learn quickly, accept coaching, and apply feedback to improve your performance
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
- A consultative approach to sales — you focus on understanding customer needs and creating value rather than using high-pressure tactics
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing, and other teams
- Professional and confident communication skills in English
