Sales Development Representative, IRE

Job Summary
Sales Development Representative for the Inspection & Real Estate unit, focused on outbound outreach to introduce multiple SaaS platforms supporting home inspection-related businesses. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and marketing to scale sales operations, build a strong pipeline, and manage data in CRM. The role emphasizes telemarketing/inside sales activity, lead generation, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. Successful candidates will have 1-3 years of B2B experience, strong communication skills, independence, and a track record of meeting quotas. Remote Colombia-based position with employer-of-record arrangement through RemoFirst, supporting Porch Group’s distributed workforce.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience, specifically with B2B
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and desire to succeed
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior lead generation experience
- Experience with Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
- Coachable with an appetite to seek and, most importantly, adapt when feedback is given
- The ability to work independently in an environment that changes rapidly
