Job Summary
Inbound SDR role on Ramp’s sales team focused on rapidly qualifying high-volume inbound leads, performing consultative discovery to uncover pain points and buying intent, applying BANT and ICP criteria, and routing opportunities to Account Executives. You’ll engage via phone, email, and video outreach, maintain and expand the Salesforce pipeline, and contribute to strategy and talk-tracks based on performance data. The role emphasizes high-speed, high-impact execution, collaboration with AEs, and a metric-driven approach in a fast-paced startup environment.
