Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (Inbound) in Montreal, in-office five days a week. Responsibilities include handling ~60 inbound calls daily, qualifying leads from website, marketing, and partner channels, responding to new inbound leads quickly, moving prospects from interest to booked meetings with an Account Executive, maintaining a clean Salesforce pipeline, and collaborating with Marketing and AEs to refine lead scoring. Must have a Bachelor's degree and strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills in English; experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a plus. In-person, Montreal-based role with competitive compensation, health benefits, RRSP, and unlimited PTO.
