Job Summary
Sales Development Representative driving high-quality meetings for the sales team through inbound and outbound prospecting. Use Salesforce and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator) to qualify leads, schedule meetings, and build target account lists. Expect 100+ calls and 60+ personalized emails per day, manage leads in CRM, and pursue a quarterly quota of 120 meetings. Engage with senior executives and software developers, develop daily plans to maximize phone time, and participate in regular sales training. Requires strong B2B SaaS/technology sales experience, effective communication, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset. Office presence in Cape Town for US working hours and familiarity with a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong phone experience in B2B SaaS/technology sales
- Prior experience with cold calling
- Proven track record of quota attainment and KPI achievement
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills including CRM usage (Salesforce or comparable)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Career-oriented with a focus on development and training
