Job Summary
Identify and solicit new business by researching and engaging prospective advertisers across podcasts, digital, radio, events and more. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, social media, and text messaging to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives across multiple markets. Build and maintain target account lists aligned with business priorities; tailor outreach based on initiatives, hiring trends, advertising activity, and industry insights. Conduct account research to uncover decision-makers and business challenges, monitor outreach performance, and adjust messaging based on results. Maintain accurate CRM and sales-engagement records; participate in coaching, training, and strategy sessions; support campaign launches, events, webinars, and special sales initiatives. Meet and exceed activity, meeting, pipeline, and opportunity-generation goals. Requires strong written and verbal communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Compensation is hourly and regional (virtual/EST-based role with Florida location noted).
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years SDR or outbound sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and phone etiquette
- Ability to balance creativity with adaptability
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
