Sales Development Representative

Identify and solicit new business for advertising opportunities across multiple platforms (podcasts, digital, radio, events). Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media, text messaging, and other approved channels to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives across multiple markets. Build and maintain target account lists, personalize outreach based on company initiatives and industry insights, and maintain accurate CRM records. Monitor outreach performance, participate in training and coaching, support campaign launches and events, and collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs while consistently meeting activity, pipeline, and opportunity-generation goals.
