Job Summary
Sales Development Representative I plays a key role in generating new business opportunities primarily through inbound leads, engaging with prospects to understand their business requirements and documenting them while acting as a brand ambassador for Diligent products. Responsibilities include navigating CRM (Salesforce) to identify inbound prospects, conducting outreach via email, phone, and social channels, qualifying decision makers, building interest, coordinating meetings/demonstrations on the account executive’s calendar, and meeting or exceeding KPIs. The role emphasizes articulating Diligent’s value proposition to senior executives, strong communication and presentation skills, and a high-energy, target-driven mindset. The compensation structure includes a competitive base and commission, with potential career progression within a growing, global SaaS organization."
Required Qualifications
