Job Summary
Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for generating leads and building a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing. Qualifies prospects, coordinates with clients to refine sales strategies, and tracks activities in CRM (Salesforce.com and/or HubSpot) with weekly pipeline and trend reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and superb written/verbal communication; thrives in a competitive, goal-driven environment and is a self-starter who contributes to a positive team culture. Hybrid work model (80% remote, 20% onsite on Thursdays) with annual base salary plus monthly lead bonuses. Located in Waltham, MA, with opportunities for internal growth and comprehensive benefits.
