Job Summary
Sales Development Representative responsible for managing and closing inbound warm leads, engaging prospects through calls and meetings, delivering product presentations, negotiating high-ticket deals with individuals and businesses, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Requires 2+ years of proven sales experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to meet or exceed sales goals, and the ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ with weekend availability. Includes participation in ongoing sales training and a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment; pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-ticket environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
- Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for success with a “10x” mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as part of pre-employment process
