Sales Development Representative (German/English Speaker)

Job Summary
SDR role responsible for opportunity generation and pipeline development in German and English, with outbound prospecting, social prospecting (LinkedIn/video), and outbound calling to qualify and develop opportunities; requires strong communication, ability to meet sales targets, and comfort with QA and collaboration with sales teams; hybrid Madrid-based with some remote work flexibility; must be able to work from Madrid office Tue–Thu and attend offsite meetings as needed. Proficiency in German and English, familiarity with SFDC/Microsoft Office, and a track record of managing multiple tasks and achieving targets are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
- German language proficiency (C2 near native level)
- English language proficiency (B2)
- Experience in IT sales or B2B SaaS preferred
